1st Mental Hospital in India to get accredited with NABH in India and many more accolades
- In line with Ministry of Health and Family Welfare initiative for quality aspects in public health services, Hospital for Mental Health Ahmedabad also got accredited under National Quality Assurance Standard for a duration of March 28, 2016 to March 27, 2019. The certificate number of NQAS is COH- 2016 – 005.
- HMH also has been awarded first prize by Department of Health and Family Welfare, Government of Gujarat under the Kayakalp Award among all mental hospitals in Gujarat.
